Glad you received a response, but in the future you may want to work your way up the chain of command. I can't imagine the emails that the Mayor and Judge receive considering how large our City and County are. It may be wise to try to get a hold of your Council Member representative (if in City limits) or reach out to the Commissioners office. If all else fails, then find some time to get in on one of the City Council or Commissioners Court virtual meetings. They hold them at least twice a month. You can usually sign up to say something. Doesn't Lina run some ridiculously long meetings? lol
My mom decided to just go across town tomorrow after reading some posts about the Pearland site. People with appts at 9 AM waiting 45 min just to be seen, even with first appts. They said customer service was terrible. Hopefully tomorrow isn't that bad. It's near NRG off Knight's Rd at Bayou City Event Center. Anyone gotten shots there?
In all truth my efforts weren't really rewarded. My questions were about why we couldn't get vaccines in this area and the appt they set up was across town. Nothing better than what she was offered already, but she got tired of waiting, so went with it.
I bet ERCOT would have been prepared in Hidalgo was Governor. Being proactive is here thing. She should run for Governor in the future.
