Yeah, I guess that's true - everybody's been trending towards boulder-sized grilles. In the case of the G and GV's, I think they kind of ruin the cars' looks. They're still decent cars, though.

There is a reason why they don't call him Tiger Driver.

Glad he's "ok" and not much worse. He's gotta hang it up though. Not worth it. He's cemented his place as one of the best golfers of all time. He doesn't have A TON to prove.

He's got a ****ed up back, knee, and now leg + ankle. Hang it up. You were fun to watch and I couldn't care less about golf.

For all the people talking under the influence and stuff, for what it’s worth the report yesterday evening is that he didn’t appear to be and was “lucid and calm.”

To be fair those were my first thoughts too. This blows. Hopefully he can make a full recovery.

maybe because there was no evidence of impairment, it’s a solo car crash, and he already lost a **** ton of blood due to compound fractures in his legs......??

"no evidence of impairment" basically means there was no booze/drugs evident in the vehicle and his breath smelled ok. You can't judge speech/eyes when someone's had massive trauma.

Sober or not, it seems he was driving like a jackass. I hope he recovers and is pain-free for the rest of his life.

Agreed, but there were more pressing issues while he was being rushed into surgery than "drawing blood for the investigation."

Compound fractures can have serious complications. Not to mention there was a decent chance he was hypovolemic.

All those surgeries and all that metal will not help his alleged addiction or recovery from addiction to pain pills.

Greatest golfer in my lifetime, I hope he makes a speedy recovery and if he never plays again it will be sad but understandable, he is the only reason I watched golf, I was looking forward to him playing the Masters and getting a 6th green jacket.........get better Tiger, golf is not the same without you. He is on my Mt Rushmore of Athletes right next to MJ

Plenty of non-narcotic options nowadays for post-op patients. The opioid crisis has led to hospitals adopting full measures such as this.

He was late for a shoot with Drew Brees and Justin Herbert for Discovery Channel. He probably was texting. Apparently he didn't even deploy the brakes.

From the approximate start point of loss of control he traveled almost 500 feet before the vehicle stopped.

Drove a decked out GV80 in December when car shopping for the wife. Sweet ride. They’re gonna sell a bunch of ‘em.......but they need stand alone dealerships. Dealing with a Hyundai dealership was comical after years of dealing with the .....uhh.....upscale dealerships my wife likes.
