Not sure if mentioned, tip from the North Pull your windshield wipers up off the windshield. This is not just so they don’t freeze up, but so you don’t rip them when they do freeze up, and you force them free. that’s a sure way to damage wipers.
My neighbor said his hot water line froze to his kitchen. I’m assuming he didn’t drip the hot and cold but who knows?
My wife is spending the day driving around in my 4wd (she grew up in N. Indiana) ferrying old people to warm houses. Sometimes it sucks being the only responsible adults in two families.

Did you run any hot water lines? Most likely if not the hot water line from your hot water heater froze up
