Maybe moat in that not just anybody can get in there, but there are lots of other clearing houses like JPM, Goldman, Wedbush, etc. TDAmeritrade, Schwab, ETrade, Robinhood, etc. do their own clearing. I think Fidelity and IB are self-clearing, too, but not sure. Speaking of crypto ... Coinbase IPO is coming soon, too. I think that's a direct listing.
I'm hoping congress hauls Twitter in for questioning to create a dip for me to buy. Jealous of dr of dunk, boomers truly always win Don't know if I'm just imagining it, have others noticed Google search getting even better lately? It's reading my mind, and gives the exact result I want even when it's a badly phrased description of an old bbs thread I wanted (which did not contain the words I used to describe it). The ai and spyware is scary... Looking at the kuaishou ipo, I think Google with youtube, deepmind and waymo may be very undervalued still, but whether it can get a rerating without getting broken up is a qn mark.
Wth. Don't call me a boomer, you whiny millennial. I'm Gen-X! We just take advantage of whatever situation! And Twitter has been doing too well lately, so it should be time for it to collapse. BTW, I originally bought TWTR in 2014 and sold all of it. Then I bought it again in the 40's, a couple of times in the 20's and a couple of times in around 17-18 or something. So it's not like I'm timing anything -- I just DCA'ed while it was down to bring my cost basis down in the 20's. Face it, society has given themselves up to Google and Facebook. lol. BTW, I heard something today about FB bringing out a watch.
Did you find any tools? this is a great question. Hopefully you're printing money on MARA. W/ the way that thing is moving you might be able to retire, haha
@Buck Turgidson ACRX down today cos of this. https://www.fda.gov/inspections-compliance-enforcement-and-criminal-investigations/warning-letters/acelrx-pharmaceuticals-inc-613257-02112021?source=content_type:react|first_level_url:news|section:main_content|button:body_link Seems like a lame flex from FDA. This part stood out "OPDP acknowledges that the banner states “DSUVIA is for use only in a certified medically supervised healthcare setting” and that the full indication including limitations of use are included farther down on the banner under the header “IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION” (ISI), (bolded emphasis added). However, unlike the benefit claims in the banner, which utilized a color background and large font, the full indication with the limitations of use are intermingled with risk information in a paragraph format in a much smaller font size and a plain white background, and are accessible only if viewers “scroll” down the banner. Therefore, this does not mitigate the misleading impression." Complaining about font size and background color... isn't white nice and clear? HODL. edit ACRX's response: The Company believes it can easily address these concerns without a material impact to the Company given the nature of the Promotional Materials and because the Company has not used the Banner Ad since late 2019, nor used the table drape that is part of the Tabletop Display since November 2019; however, the Company plans to review its marketing materials to identify any potential revisions in light of the Letter. The Company intends to respond to the FDA within the time frame requested in the Letter and seek guidance and clarification from the FDA on the concerns raised in the Letter. The Letter does not restrict the Company’s ability to manufacture or sell DSUVIA. The Company cannot give any assurances, however, that the FDA will be satisfied with its response to the Letter or that such response will resolve the issues identified in the Letter.
I found this guy - . And the data seems very helpful in hindsight. They say not to get emotional with a stock, but MARA is my BABY. I sold off the last of my options over the course of a few weeks (purchased at a 11.5 strike back when Mara was like $6.60 or something). . I actually bought more MARA last week and shaved some off today (with limited access to internet, lol). There is NO WAY it should be that much cheaper than RIOT at any time IMO. I'll buy the dips all day.
Rode DNN to some nice gains today. There was a HUGE buy on it Friday. Not sure how long it will run, but the uranium hype train has definitely left the station. Meanwhile... I think o&g is undervalued?
Not sure if this is a good or bad sign for the state of the market's bubliciousness, a girl I met recently on a dating app told me about a Chinese penny stock, and it went up 80% in a day.
