Silas is getting more out of this team than he should.

I dont think its the coach. We need more depth at the C/PF positions. And I mean 6'10 and up size. We only have 2 players on the roster. It should be 4 bigs on this roster. Stone has to make it happen before the season is completely lost.

I don't like his rotations sometimes. I think he is ordered to play some players to increase their trade value ( Oladipo, Tucker, House).

Other than that im ok with him

Look at what hes done with a mess. Guy doesnt really have a true team to work with. I personally think hes pretty good, if Stone nails some trades like getting Collins, Brooks, or MPJ they might have a chance to build a nice team around Wood.

House, Gordon, Ben, Tucker, Dipo. Are 5 players right now that need to be lifted from the team. These are leftovers from Harden Era. Only added dipo cause he dont really fit in with this team. Wall and Cousins might be here til they really find a direction in 2-3 years if you ask me.

Really shocked by some of his in game decisions, especially during the recent 7 point and 10 point quarters (something i should never have to type).

However, it’s clearly a bad situation for a rookie head coach. He could definitely improve. I will say that when he was hired, I expressed my concern that I couldn’t really find anybody with much good to say about his stint as interim head coach. Obviously that’s different than actually being the head coach, but it still worries me.

Seems like a nice guy. Hoping for the best.

Don’t know why people are trippin so badly. We literally lost our number one talent and scorer. Cousins can’t really play a full game yet. No one is at full strength. May Spaulding can roll up.

I am grateful Silas has shown the imagination to throw in some actual sets which actually lead to easy buckets. My only issue is he has let these clowns do too many ISOs. He's a 1st-year head coach though, I think he has the potential to be good.

One thing that is really annoying though is how he will bench Tate after Tate just scored a couple of buckets and will leave in Tucker.

I dont think he's ordered to do that at all.

Silas has HIS guys, all coaches do. Silas will ride and die with his leaders: Wall, Boogie, Dipo, EGo, Tucker, House

I lobbied for Silas hire, I've been more than a bit frustrated by his performance thus far.

I'm hoping he improves, there is still time. First thing he needs to learn is HIS guys aren't always the best options and being stubborn about their minutes is not good coaching. Rotations and in game adjustments have been his weakness.

The problem is that the more he plays those rotations the more it is decreasing their trade values. Please forgive me Mr. Silas if you are being ordered to play the lineups you are playing. Although if true, that’s just confirmation of a weak coach. My fear is that he is taking the easy way out by playing the old veterans over better younger players who won’t complain when benched.
