You know that ish is true. PJ always comes up with the rebounds your team NEEDS. He'll have 0 points but you know he'll get that rebound.
This is exactly what I have been saying this the whole time. If you do not extend them in the middle of their contract, they are likely gone. Especially Tate. And even then they are not number one options on a championship teams. If you want to make use of them , you need "The Guy"
I expect a lot more from Brown and Bmac... House though...that's about as expected. Not sure what he was doing putting up 9 3s but I don't think a single thought passes through his brain when he plays.
Good loss. We desperately need to get out of the NYK, OKC, ORL tier and really try hard to get down into the DET / WAS / MIN tier. Heading in the right direction though.

Rockets just look old and beat up. Only winnable game I see in the next month is against the Wizards. 6 game win streak was apparently a mirage.
cmon these were almost all good 3pt attempts all open or wide open and hes a solid 3pt shooter... it was just a bad luck
It would be a whole lot more fun if we knew we would get to keep our pick. The Rockets are going to have to tank, it is inevitable... there is too little top end talent on this roster.... I would rather tank the next couple years than try to rebuild without top end talent and be 45-37 for the next 5 years. There is talent in this draft. Others disagree but I think this is a very deep draft and the 2022 draft has a lot of top end talent .
You can't go 1-9 unless you are Middleton or Curry or Durant or something. At some point he has to drive and make something else happen. The shot was off, he didn't have it tonight, should have went to the rim for a layup or tried to create for someone else.
Almost like they're missing a superstar center or 23/10 for those that don't want to say superstar. But how frustrating is it when you can't consistently grab a rebound. That final possession.
If anything I'd expect more injuries and possibly getting rid of people to save $, so we're going to be even worse. That's not even taking into account that the schedule will get way harder.
When you go small you’re gonna give up rebounds . The one person who can rebound is a liability on defense when teams target him . Lose lose situation
I get your point but... not so sure... with Wood out I think we will see some more 10 point or less quarters.
I would be more than happy to extend them. In the meantime I add more size to the front line by bringing KJ back up and playing Kurucs/KPJ along with Wood/Cousins//Tate/Wall/Gordon/Nwaba/Jones. Cant trade Wall/Gordon You really need to move VO/House and McLemore if possible.
