It’s a nice recognition of the talent on the team but the game is a total joke. I get players don’t want to get injured since the game is like 2 mo before playoffs, but it’s just a long bomb three point contest now. Sometimes they try the last few minutes. I think it would be more entertaining if it was in the off season and players spent a week together practicing. They play competitive pickup against each other in the off season that is more physical than the all star game.

dunk contest is boring. Nothing new or exciting. Howard won without dunking. He threw it in.!

they should add a 1 v 1 or 2 v 2 game. I’d watch that.

Dipo and Wall would have to quit icing Wood for him to have a chance, that’s for sure.

I feel like Wood needs to be averaging at least 27 ppg with the Rockets being at least .500 to have a chance, to get the nod over Booker/Gobert is a hell of a task considering name recognition
