We know the kid is good enough to play in the NBA. That really isn't in question. His stats don't really mean much. Its everything off the floor we need to see.
I could not agree more. Rockets should have signed him last year when Morey failed to trade for a 5 at trade deadline IMO.
Hopefully they do a 2 for 1 (PJ and McLemore for Thybulle and a FRP) or waive Kurucs to make room for him after he shines in the bubble.
Honestly, I'm not sure PJ and McLemore have that sort of value at this point, maybe both for a first rounder by itself.
Thybulle has been miserable this year. I’d take Thybulle and 2 SRP if needed but Morey would give up the FRP in the end. He always has.
