They were talking about: "Not 4, not 5, not 6...."

Give me a ****ing break. Y'all won one SB so far. What a joke.

Plus, headlines like "COULD MAHOMES BE THE GREATEST EVER??!?!? 8===========> ----- O:" Doesn't help my hatred of him and his team.

Also founded Spalding sports equipment so Brady has work to do. Spalding > TB12 method

I think you are missing the point. If that's your criteria, then Mike Vrabel or Troy Brown are some of the greatest of the modern era - THEY PLAYED OFFENSE AND DEFENSE!!!

Anyway, if you want to get technical, then sure - greatest QB - which is the most important position in football - the only position that directly measures winning percentage.

In this game, Brady didn't have to play lights out. It was never about putting up crazy numbers. It's about controlling the game and the clock. The Chiefs tried their typical BS of holding on every play, and when you do that against Brady in the SB it's like fouling Lebron every play in game 7. You are going to get screwed. Once a decent lead was built, and really, once they had that absolute F-U statement drive to go up 28-9 in the 3rd, it was about running, converting 3rd downs, and milking the clock. Don't discount Brady's ability to read the pre-snap defense and getting his running backs into perfect situations to make plays too. It's about more than airing it out. So you can call it being a game manager, sure. He game-managed his way to a 7th SB title.

All that said, the defense was tremendous. I've been saying it all year, Bucs have the best LB core in the league by a mile. Devin White and David are so nasty. That front 7 was destroying. It was beautiful football to watch on both sides of the ball.

It's a peace sign. As in "bye b****."

Tyreek Hill does it to defenders when he burns past them for a touchdown. That's okay and isn't a penalty. When a defensive player makes a play and does it back to him, then he has poor sportsmanship.

Al Spalding only played like 6-7 years and he was still named the pitcher of the decade in the 1870's and lead baseball in wins every single season he pitched. He averaged over 40 wins a season and had a career era around 2. He even lead the league in wins, shutouts and saves one year. He was on his way to being arguable the greatest pitcher ever until he got hurt.

Not bad for a guy born over 170 years ago.

Loved the game, love to see TB12 leave NE and bring a ring to his new team, the TB D was just awesome and TB12 has enough firepower to light it up but the real starts were the RB`s, I hated Fournette for his antics on his old team but it shows to go you when you bring in a guy like TB12 he can change the culture, TB12 is a pro`s pro..............MVP should have been the defense. Halftime sucked.......sorry but you need the stature of Beyonce, Prince or MJ......not the weekend. Commercials were good this year!!!

What was the Bucs record last year without Tom Brady and with essentially the same staff and defense?

The Bucs defense deserves a lot of credit and they were very good...... but the Bucs scored 31 points, had zero turnovers and Tom Brady had a QBR of 82 and a RTG of 126.

Tom Brady was a massive reason they won, they went from a non playoff team to the Super Bowl Champion in one season and it isn't coincidence that Tom Brady was their QB.
