Question...why is “Shooter” on TV like every damn day...365 days a year? That movie must be number one in airings. I’ve seen it 200 times. It’s just breathtaking!
I don't get the trolling on this. Yeah, 2:30am is not ideal for 99.99% of people, but the method is terrific. He gets it. Early to bed, early to rise, and follows a strict code of habits and routine. That's the absolute key to being your best self and your most productive. As far as spending 6 hours eating and 2 hours showering, it's pretty clear that's when he stops to eat, have a snack, shower, etc. It doesn't mean you need to spend that entire time doing that.
