Now that he's in Brooklyn maybe the refs will call it fair. His numbers will shoot back to regular season form if they just call obvious fouls.
Harden is dominating the league in the clutch time so far #1: 58 points 15-28 fg(53 percent) 6-11 3pt(54 percent) #1:16 assists #5: 16 boards #1: 22-22 free throws (100 percent) #1:22+ 17.7 NETRTG .. Not bad for an unclutch player.
I've got the nets as the huge favorites to represent the EAST and play the Lakers in the Finals. They are just a step or two above the league in terms of talent. That said... similar to the Bucks/Giannis - the numbers, records and even seeding they accumulate in the regular season isn't all that important. Noone is going to care how clutch they were in the regular season or how many games they won IF they flame out in the post season. In the West its FINALS or bust for the Clippers/Lakers. In the East its the same for Bucks/Nets. At least two of these teams will NOT reach the Finals and they'll rightly or wrongly be remember for chokiing, coming up short, being a dissappointment. For Harden, Giannis & PG it wont be for the first time.
Their offense is spectacular. It's just playoffs are different and I'm not liking the trend I am seeing. Them struggling with bad and good teams.
He really is clueless. Why the hell does he keep leaving Jordan off the court for the 2nd half? Even if Jordan isn't the best defender, he still offers some paint protection.... and he's 6ft 11! That's better than allowing shorter guys to stop players like Siakam from going off. It isn't a coincidence why Siakam scored 23 in that 2nd half. Having Jordan also helps out on the offense. He can set better picks and Harden will have way more options. Just having them iso and allowing the double-team is making their game predictable. It's not his fault about the turnovers, but it's his fault for the lack of rotation.
If they keep the current roster, they are not getting that far in the playoffs.... especially if Nash keeps leaving Jordan out for the entire 2nd half. He's literally their only big man at this point.
So question... did Kyrie Irving fake his mental health issue so that Rockets wouldn't be keen on taking him in the trade? Was it all a master plan by Harden, KD and Irving so they can keep their core big 3? Did they all talk about it during the offseason over honey buns and strippers?
Hahahha Harden whining about the league sitting Durant tonight. Cuck boy needs his daddy and can't handle the spotlight anymore
Strange about that Durant situation. If he’s subject to contact tracing, and he just played a half with the raptors and nets, what happens to the players on each team? Wouldn’t they also be subject to the contact tracing protocol?
