Anyone knows what's going on with sava and how to value it? Saw a seeking alpha article with a $1,200 target posted weeks ago and it's really run up. Understanding the value requires interpreting the significance of the trial data which I have zero knowledge on.

Holding. The Hidenburg research may or may not be legit. I still think CLOV has a good business model and is operating in a favorable environment with more and more people falling into the Medicare bucket. This was clearly a hit piece on CLOV and Chamath. He has made enemies within the hedgie world AND political world because he's trying to recall Governor Newsom. All my Chamath related SPACs getting rocked today.
This is my speculation - The language may be hyperbolic, but the Hidenburg report is likely factually accurate. What's in question is the seriousness of of the facts - e.g., there may indeed be a DOJ investigation, but it may be a very weak case with no legal ramifications. Unlike some of the weaker hit pieces i've seen, they released this before market open, let people decide. The worst short reports are those on a friday 30mins before close on a long weekend, trying to induce a panic sell. What is most worrying to me - I re-watched a chamath interview on cnbc from 3 months ago, and he was talking about how CLOV doesn't do things to motivate doctors to choose them hence better margins, which the Hidenburg report seems to directly contradict. I bought at $14 and sold some covered calls, so cutting today felt relatively painless. Losing out on the potential upside, but i guess i'm risk averse at heart haha.
Chelsea Clinton is on the BOD so that should be some good DOJ protection right? Can't blame you for dumping if you didn't get a good entry. I will wait for CLOV and Chamath's response before deciding whether to scale down my exposure.
