Harden is able to open up the lob man in a way that Wall and Oladipo do not, but hopefully the Rockets can figure it out because Wood is indeed an incredible finisher.

 

I wonder if Silas forgot about House in the second quarter. I guess he was just trying to get BMac some minutes.... but I think that experiment failed.

 

Defense was not tight in Q2.

The dogs need to stay hungry.

Yea his reaction to that 3 is definitely something our young guys need to see, although honestly with this group I suspect they already get it.

 

apoarently this is easier said than done.

you can see when Wall is thinking about it which is probably why it’s hard. If you can see he wants the lob so can the defense.

whereas with Harden you’d think he was going to lob it then change your mind that he was going to score then he’d lob it. He’d keep defenders guessing. And whichever way they guessed he’d just do the opposite.

 

We need to be careful here. Besides our 3pt shooting, we're not being that efficient. That 2nd quarter was kinda awful on the offensive end.
