I feel REALLY bad for him as he's obviously an upbeat positive type of guy. But it's more than abundantly clear that he's little more than a stand in for head coach. They needed to cast someone for the role and Culley fits the bill perfectly. I'm certain that the players will love him - compared to BoB he's a refreshing change of pace. But he's simply not in the same class as Andy Reid, Bruce Arians, Ron Rivera or Pete Carroll. He'll be totally dependent on whomever Easterby and Caserio hire to be his staff. This is in keeping with what I've come to believe - that it will be Caserio and Easterby calling the shots from now on with the power of the head coach to be scaled back considerably. Sort of like what's going on up here in Dallas with Jerry and Stephen.
With all the stories being out there, I seriously question anyone willing to take this job unless they were already Easterby / Caserio lackeys.
To be fair, you could ask Andy Reid about anyone and food is going to come up within a sentence or 2.
