What people forget is how hard it is to just click like the Rockets have with all these new players is that coaches are very limited due to covid to work on team bonding. Griffin on Pelicans’ broadcast pointed out how they could not do team dinners and anything like that, which I thought was very important to point out.

I think we are all quick change mentality while Silas was methodical I wanted NWaba out of the starting line up a long time ago but Silas kept testing it and seeing things I probably missed Thought he came to the same conclusion I did. . . . I think he did it from more than my simple EYE TEST So He is earning trust and patience Impatience is the realm of the fan I don't want to think that our success is a measure of other team's lack of prep I think we will continue to be better than the Avg going forward either way Defense is EFFORT so hopefully that means it just comes along more than Offense.
