    Honestly, I think so.

    His perimeter defense is terrible and that's just not a fit for this team anymore. I think a big can get away with being bad on the perimeter like Boogie and Wood are but a swingman? Nah, we can't suffer that anymore with the identity we're building.

    All Bmac offers is hitting 3s and any of these guys can occasionally hit a 3. For me Bmac is literally the last person on the team I'd play and I mean that. Even behind the other young guys that don't get minutes.

    the problem is giving people like oladipo the max has usually been a great way to cap your ceiling. there's only so much you can do when a non-superstar takes up a huge chunk of your cap, especially if the owner isn't going to pay a lot.

    If Dipo continues to play like this and the Rockets have a surprising season I hope we go for more of a short deal 3 year max deal because yeah, not sure I'd want to commit the max to him.

    Honestly if the Heat were still coming for him and offered Herro I'd still do it in a heartbeat.

    yeah, but only because they hit a franchise record number of 3's. they are really bad this year despite being talked up (granted i don't think their talent is actually that great and i'm not sold on zion being anything special). maybe they are tired but their guys just look defeated and disinterested even though we're like 25% of the way through the season. every year they have hopes, every year they are injured or just bad.
