The NBA has never seen a guard like Harden, Harden is the most effiecent scoring guard of the modern era. Harden is the only guard in league history to average 25 for his career with a career TS% above 61. Only Durant ranks higher than Harden all-time as a more effiicent player, and its by mere percentage points. 61.8 to Harden's 61.4 Harden's offensive records wont be touched for a while( several decades at least). Current analytics guru for the Utah Jazz David Locke called Harden the most destructive force on offense under 7 feet in league history. I can agree with this but I think Harden has had just as much influence on the game I would say they are tied.

They're looking better and better. Joe Harris is an incredible shooter and a scrappy player - we needed Eric Gordon to shoot like this in previous years. I guess Eric just got old. He was amazing that first year with Chris Paul.
Stephen Curry is more efficient. Since 13/14 season, 64% true shooting (37.4 points per 100 poss) vs 61% (39.6 points per 100 poss) for Harden. 120 Ortg vs 119 Ortg.
