.......he is in the scenario we were discussing, trading for him. "Beal and Wood"

I'm liking that scenario less and less.

Especially if it entails keeping Wall as a core of the rebuild.

Wall and Wood are not in sync, playstyle or timeline.

    Miss this guy.

Can we trade Boogie for him?

This is one of the critical factors why I'm so reluctant to trade BOTH Tucker and EGo.

I saw a lot of communication from House on defense last night. I feel like it was one reason why they were so good with him on the court. Hopefully he keeps it up and they continue to lockdown opposing bench units.

I hope Stone can do better than these crappy trades.

Tucker is a premium glue guy that Miami, Philly, Boston or Minny would give up more than 3 SRP for.

This is why teams covet Tuck.

    K.

Incoming for another Zach Lavine trade.. along with Aaron Gordon. Probably sick of these by now haha.

So it would work as 3 separate trades. All after Feb 2. (When the recent trades can be traded again).

Trade 1. 6ers get more shooters.

Rockets get Matisse Thybulle and 2 second round picks.

6ers get PJ Tucker and Ben Mclemore.

    Trade 2. Oladipo gets Miami

    Rockets gets Zach Lavine

    Heat get Victor Oladipo

Bulls get Matisse Thybull, 2 second round picks, 2022 FRP from Milwaukee via Rockets, 2024 top 10 protected FRP from Miami, Andre Igudala, Precious Achuiwa

    Trade 3. Houston gets big.

    Rockets get Aaron Gordon

Magic get Dante Exum, Danuel House Jr. 2023 protected FRP from Washington via Houston.

I initially had Gordon in the trade to Orlando, but I really like his in this 6th man role. With him, Boogie, Brown, Nwaba and Jones coming off the bench, its a great combo of offense and defense.

But I'm not sure the Magic say yes in what is basically House and a FRP for Gordon (Exum is filler). I can see them using Exum though, considering they still bring MCW off the bench I wouldn't be surprised.

Bulls get young guys and picks to build around.

Miami get Dipo for Precious and a protected FRP (Iggy is filler).

Magic and Bulls could want more..

See no need to swing for the fences. Gaining trust in Stone and Silas. If we have to bundle Tucker in a big swap, so be it.

But let's utilize him in a singluar fashion. Tucker for a under the radar player buried in another system. No on a guy like Oubre (GSW). We already have a couple of reclamation projects in KPJ and Kurucs. Let's see what we have in them. I'm all in for a couple of others that CFs have clamored for in the past. In particular Noel ( NYK ) and Biyombo ( CHA )

But here are a couple more under the radar types. If we can get a draft pic attached, then all the better. Except for Metu (SAC) , I've only seen the other two in brief spurts. We need bigger body's. In no particular order. Ojeleye (BOS) yes only 6'6" but 240 lbs. At 27, mature and understands his role. Think a younger Tucker. Tony Bradley (PHL) With Embiid and Howard, his opportunities are limited. But with limited minutes he still gets 6 rebounds a game. Now for Metu, highly touted out of HS. Was throttled at USC. Did not develope his offense. But think of Capela 2.0. Im a big USC fan, he's highly skilled. Not a super star maybe not even a starter, but should develope into a solid rotational player. Not sure SAC has a interest in Tucker but BOS & PHL do.

Before you dismiss the above 3, think about Mason Jones. This guy is a definite keeper. He is presently buried on our roster. Totally under the radar. If we were to trade him, I pray not, the receiving team's fan base would scream, Mason who? Just my 2 cents.

House is one of those players that makes you pull your hair sometimes. Because he’s not great but when he’s out there just being his ok self it is actually impactful on winning.

because he doesn’t really try to play outside himself. He does 3&D... will mix in the occasional drive or tricky step back which he is better on than it seems, and his defense is solid if not amazing.

it helps to ha e players that just know they’re role.

if I compare him to Nwaba... Nwaba seems to be co sisterly trying to play above his role... and sometimes it works and sometimes it fails.

Knicks challenging for the playoffs. This trade would net possibly 2 lottery picks or 2 mid round picks in 2021. Knicks probably stupid enough to give Dipo close to max.

Gotta see him becoming consistent. He was playing awesome ball against OKC in the playoffs before the debacle.

My body is ready for my Precious and a FRP if you got it. Dipo is doing it right too..being a team player selling himself while showing he can play Miami - style basketball. That 10man roster is deep! All but Wood and Mcclemore can play defense.

    Wall
    Gordon
    House
    Precious
    Wood

    Cousins
    Tucker
    Tate
    Nwaba
    Brown
    Bmac
    Jones

So, we get Levine and Gordon for Gordon, House, and Oladipo?

Rockets may have a Lavine type player on their roster right now. But with better defense.

    Kevin Porter Jr.
