I disagree. I was forced/tricked into staning Ryno and he was getting open looks. 2nd season with the Rockets he got the yips. First season he was launching and hitting.
they were open looks but they werent exactly on the line imho he was standing too far out...and it was rarely if ever corner shots...he wasnt hesitating on wide open looks right on the 3pt line... sure i might be wrong

Was thinking the same thing. That he needed to shoot that. Not sure if his release would be a problem since he is tall and jump/shoots at his apex. Think he's simply unaccustomed to the shot and is more comfortable shooting of the dribble. He will need to make the adjustment as he's going to get a lot more of those shots. Irving, Durant, harris are all superior pure shooters so I'd expect defense to leave harden more than the others.
he was a lazy dude... there were no reason why he couldnt put the ball on the floor more often just like when he did the dunk or when he pulled off the spin move
Harden went to the nets so he wouldn't have to do everything. New team and his role remains the same: He has to facilitate AND shoot.
