Alex Len was waived today.....perfect 3rd center for the Rockets. He’s a tall imposing figure who is only 27 and on a minimum contract. He was the 5th overall pick in the draft. Just the cheap fill-in insurance we need with the not so impressive play of Boogie in recent games.

A lottery team fighting for a top 4 pick need to focus on finding a 3rd center from a 10 years vet off the waiver.

Sounds like you should be hired by Tilman immediately.

Flyin' Ryan is one of the last era's top throwdowns. Goes up there with the hammer Harden put on Draymond.

Alex Len’s size was key for the Blazers that one year.

Rodions Kurucs is this team's third center.

I think everyone is under estimating his size.

    6-9 (nice) with a 7-2 wingspan.

It's all about optionality and flexibility. That is basically this year's theme. See what we got with what we got. Maybe it works out?

He seems to be averaging nothing for 11 minutes of play? I think any "big man" that gets hired on around here probably would need to be able to hit a jumper fairly consistently, though, and I thought he had one, but I haven't watched any game with him in it for... well... ever.

    Too logical.

Rockets organization consists of Jedi masters that only deal in non logical concepts.

    In other words, too tall.

The thing is the Raptors could really use a C too, Len just isn't good.

Waive Clemons, Kurucs, sign Gerald and Dedmon.

I was really hoping each and every consecutive post would be some lowlight of Alex Len.

Jones is giving us everything we could hope for from Gerald. I thought Green coming back was inevitable before Jones started getting minutes, and I don't think Jones is regress that much, if any.

We just need him to give our other centers a rest.

What other centers? We barely have 0.5 center as it is.

Alex Len and Kevin Porter and we hit lottery gold. Bring us Josh Jackson and we can call it a win.

    We going to Sizzler!

    Jones AND Green

Gerald would be great for nights where there's injuries, covid protocols, or just the nights where McLemore is playing like trash

    C-Wood is a pretty great C.

He clearly isn't a PF. I hope you aren't smoking that particular weed.
