MJ isn't legal in TX because the GOP stranglehold on the state legislature. Dan Patrick will never let anything come even come to a vote (he learned it from Moscow Mitch in DC) and even if he did Abbott would never sign anything that passed into law. Best we can hope for as Texans is National decriminalization so you don't end up in jail for being caught with it.
Yes, you're absolutely correct on the double standard regarding free market here . And you're right about other states having liquor stores too, I'm just telling you about some of the history behind all of this. I think they're basically going to prop these blue laws up until you get politicians that aren't taking a cut.... So basically I don't know if we'll ever see an end to this. To tell you the truth, I'm amazed we're where we are so far w/ cbd in Texas. And definitely - don't take these points as us agreeing it's right, I personally can't stand these crazy laws. If I had any say I'd have let people buy liquor any time they wanted and let businesses operate how they see fit with regards to selling cars/alcohol.
You poor unfortunates in Texas. This has been my dispensary for years- https://atherapeuticalternative.com/menu/ Try to keep the drool off your keyboards.
When I was exploring CBD I would always go for their "strongest" stuff that would help for sleep/anxiety. I found the Hawaiian Haze strain at CBD Kratom to be close to the real deal in terms of look, smell and effects.
So jelly. I understand that if you have a medical card, your employer can't fire you for a positive drug test. Is this true? Im sure its not so black n white.
I don't think that's even an issue anymore. Cannabis is just legal here. You don't need a weed card anymore.
You can always break in and take what you want. It’s your House, you paid for it, America, freedom, healing, unity.
