We don't know if Wandavision is getting a season 2, it seems like a one off type thing to me (but who knows). I say this partially because they've already announced season 2 of Loki. Additionally Wandavision leads directly into Doctor Strange 2, so...

I grew up watching Bewitched reruns and had a crush on Elizabeth Montgomery as a result.

EPS 1&2 were Pretty good. Had some genuinely funny old school style sitcom moments.

Some of the end portions were reminiscent of the X-Files/Lost. I’m sure it will all come together.

The devil is in the details!

What's the premise of this show? I saw a trailer briefly and was genuinely confused by what I saw.

I liked the 2nd episode. The first episode was boring and added basically nothing. I feel like they could have cut it down to 7-10 min and combined episode 1 and 2.

Hard to explain really without ruining the show. The first episodes are black and white call backs to 50’s and 60’s TV like Bewitched complete with a laugh track and a couple commercials referencing the broader MCU, but it’s got a strange David Lynch/Truman Show vibe. The characters with powers seem to all have amnesia and not know how they got here. Dark plot played for laughs with them concealing their super powers in an I Love Lucy aesthetic, but each episode may be advancing one decade and will probably reference different popular sitcoms.

I'm really surprised at some of the negative responses here. This show is already among my favorite shows. I absolutely love the weird concept.

We don't know exactly what's going on yet, but it ties in directly to the MCU, it's part of the same storyline. The "TV show" aspect of it appears to be a ruse.

After thinking about the show, I think it will be more and more like Lost, with a veneer of normalcy being stripped away as the show progresses. The whole sitcom through the decades just takes the place of the Island.

I trust Marvel Studios to do it right.

So this is pretty clearly "House of M" but localized to a limited area, with Vision taking the place of Wanda's children, right?

Its all her all retreating into an actualized-by-her-super-powers "happy place" delusion after Vision dies? Or am I missing something?

Never forget everyone didn't know what to make of the Mandalorian at first and didn't get where it was going until it was good all of sudden in season 2.

Disney/Marvel/Feige always have a time table and they are fine going on the trip for the payoff

DC is never patient and they suffer because they want everything all at once.

These episodes were boring and quaint, I agree, but they are building to something. Plus they where only 20 minute episodes.

    Normalize 20-30 minute runtimes!
