What would the (sincere) responses in this thread have been if the OP had asked for favorite playoff memories? For someone who starred in as many playoff games for the Rockets as he has, the list of (positive) playoff memories he’s left us with is surprisingly low. The best playoff moments that stick in my memory seem to involve other players. His best playoff moment, interestingly enough, may have been his defensive play against Dort last year.
Just curious if you have anything whatsoever to back up these allegations, or whether you're just trying to speak them into existence after-the-fact.
There were too many...just an offensive juggernaut. Completely changed the game offensively. Going to miss his euros, step backs, left handed dunks on bigs, long passes, hand shakes with teammates...
sad, lonely, bitter exes we’re about to have so much ball movement and “heart”...they are getting what they want and still crying
I had this argument with you before (comparing Harden to Lillard), and I acknowledge that Harden doesn't have a signature buzzer beater type moment in the playoffs. However, it's unfair to say a guy who averaged 28-7-5-2 over 85 playoff games for the Rockets, while winning 7 playoff series in 8 years (after the Rockets had won only one the previous 15 years) has a "surprisingly low" list of positive playoff moments. On the other hand Tracy McGrady had at least two signature playoff moments, both in the 2005 Mavs series. However the Rockets blew a 2-0 lead (coming back home, no less) in that series, and Tracy McGrady never won a single playoff series. By your definition, T-Mac would have more "positive playoff memories" than Harden, but his teams were consistently losers. Which do you prefer? I know which one I would choose.
Harden in Houston 85 playoff games average game score 20.9 27(31%)games with game score above 25 17(20%)games with game score under 15 12(14%)games with game score under 10 Curry 112 playoff games average game score 19.9 33(29%)games with game score above 25 27(24%) games with game score below 15 14(12.5%)games with game score below 10 Take game score for what it is, very loose way to judge good and bad games, and clearly it can’t be used to pinpoint “moments” but this comparison here makes me think his playoff resume isnt as bad as some think.
harden would have ended up as the rockets all-time leading scorer had he stayed. a lot of 99ers are glad that record is safe
He just got traded yesterday after 8 years of being our corner stone... it’s waaaaay too soon for this.
Why are you still here posting constantly? It sounds like you are a Harden only fan, you can exit along with him.
U mad? I’m not a Harden only fan, but I know I make the Harden haters squirm. y’all can continue to cry like a depressed ex
That first game against the Pistons, I think... my god that guy. I think he scored 38 points with ease. I knew he'd be special. The worst might have been the time between the start of that last Lakers game until his press conference throwing folks under the bus. That stretch of time was horseshit.
u seem obsessed with talking about nuts and dicks...Not enough action on Grindr? look at how triggered u are...wipe your tears
