    We should have done that.

Who knows what "draft compensations" even means. EIGHT first rounds picks is insane.

That's a very generous. And in 2024....we may get that answer. If Durant and Harden win one chip...they are gonna be there for at least two more years and you can say bye bye to that pick.

    Color me skeptical lol.

I will say I’m a bit disappointed we didn’t get back a young stud to build around. We’re putting a lot of faith in this FO to draft well.

Honestly, we won’t know how all this pans out until about 2030. Some of these picks and swaps extend out until 2027. The Rockets could be really good from 2025-2030.

There is nothing .....literally nothing in it for the Nuggets anymore. Unless Jokic hates MPJ....they have no reason to trade him for Dipo and Tucker.

They needed to add Maxey which they didn’t since the picks were weak

I think the Philly deal is better. Simmons is a better player than any we received back but it sounds like Morey really loves Maxey.

They better hope that if they see the Nets in the playoffs that Maxey is saving them otherwise that's going to blow up more in their face than ours.

Simmons is nothing special. We got a huge haul of UNPROTECTED picks that could turn into something great. We also got Dipo who we can flip for another pick or two, and Tucker can be flipped for another as well.

Rocket fans would've been over the new-car smell of Ben Simmons quickly after watching Harden for 8 years.

Let's hope so. If we're really lucky, Ferntits will have gone "t*** up" long before then and we'll have an owner who cares a great deal about our team and isn't skating along the edge of bankruptcy. An owner that is genuinely loaded and willing to spend some of it turning the Rockets back into a contending team. That's my current fantasy.

Wall + Simmons makes zero sense

I'd rather see the tanking instead.

Rockets have 7 new picks and 4 new swaps.

    Danuel House matches salary wise.

PJ Tucker fits into their exception.

Well looooool, they would really have to hate MPJ but....yea I guess. Tell Denver to add in PJ Dozier or whatever....lol Im not optimistic though.
