    I can imagine the economy (particularly the hospitality sector) also played a role in the decision to bottom out for the short term. We maybe going the Hinkie route.....

    One of the reasons why they moved Allen and Prince for Exum and a late first rounder, I guess. Too bad, I think Allen would have fit nicely.

    I mean Houston instantly becomes the Celtics of the West in terms of having a mix of big contracts and draft picks that will make them legit players in the trade market for many years to come. Why pay luxury tax while you are still shopping for your contending piece?

    This year is top 4 protected, the others have some form of protection.

    I don't see us handing out a lot of big contracts this upcoming offseason or next.
