Rate the last movie(s) you watched

Anyone watched Greenland (asteroid disaster movie)? Looks kinda cool...

 

I'll have to check that out. Seems similar to this, which I thought was good:

 

I watched it. It's ok. Pretty average like the movie 2012.

 

Guess he had fun with her as well.

 

20/12 was pretty good IMO is this as good?

 

The Good Thief - 6.5. pretty entertaining for the most part but there are a few scenes/circumstances that are require you to shelve your logic

A Vigilante - 8. solid all the way around.

Late Night - 3. It would have been nice if they incorporated comedy into a comedy. It had potential and a solid premise but it just fell flat

 

If you like movies like 2012 and San Andreas you'll like it. I'd watch it again if it were on cable.

 

First part was amazing. Can't wait for part 2

 

Bummer I thought it was a more serious type of disaster movie -- the reviews I've seen have been rather mediocre.

 

Journey's End, a really taut WWI drama with a lot of psychological nuance. Great leading performance from Sam Claflin. really good film. 9/10

Which is better...."Greenland" or "The Midnight Sky"? I've seen neither.

 

Jungle w/ Daniel Radcliffe - 8/10 and worth watching before your next wilderness adventure

 

Nomadland - 9 out of 10.

Riveting portrayal.

 

I like 2012 but not San Andreas, I think it's because the disasters where different than we had seen and it leaned more in the Sci Fi direction. I really like the 3rd act about getting to and on the ship and everything from there.

 

I watched about 30 minutes of Geostorm once, it was so bad I couldn't even watch it for laughs.

 

It's not Geostorm levels bad. That movie was like Battleship level bad.

If ya'll haven't seen Unhinged y'all should. It was like a black comedy for me.

 

Rewatched and plugging Death of Stalin. Such a great dark comedy about the immediate events following Stalin's death. Jason Isaacs kills it as Field Marshall Zhukov, leader of the Red Army, and Steve Buscemi is a national treasure as always.

 

Still will probably check it out....

Morena Baccarin is anything but average....

 

Love that movie. Whole cast was great, but the guy who plays Beria stole the show for me.
