Pray Tilman can’t afford this team. He’s destroyed it in just two years.

Harden is a quitter with loser instincts but this mess of a team is not his fault.

Tilman has mismanaged everything from day one.

Best thing to do is end the relationship and get some assets for him.

He would have been rich anywhere.... but the city of Houston has been very good to him, and he has been very good to the city of Houston. At the end of the day he loves Houston, but he is 31 years old and knows he won't play forever and wants a title, and it isn't happening in Houston. Essentially Harden is the last one standing, everyone else has gotten out..... the GM, AST GM, HC, Westbrook.... all those with power have left except Harden and he wants out too, so does Tucker and if you believe what people around the Rockets have said Gordon would welcome a trade as well...... that is basically everyone associated with the Rockets from the past.

It is time to rebuild and start over.... it also gives Tilman a fresh slate, and lets Stone see what he can do.... it lets Silas coach guys that want to play for him.

That is why I have been saying for some time that the Rockets are wasting everyone's time.

They aren't running Silas offense because Harden being so passive derails the whole thing. Silas offense last season was a heliocentric offense around Luka with ~36% usage rate. Harden is trending for a career low sub 30% usage rate.

Harden is not trying, Murphy, Wall, and others have called him out on it. Morey left because he knew Harden didn't want to be here. He skipped training camp. I don't understand how anyone could say that Harden has given this an honest effort in any capacity. That is why the offense is different, the guy who it is built around is not doing what he is supposed to on or off court/ball.

This sucks. I really was hoping we could be competitive after a few games but it is clear Harden was never on board. He played hard the first 2 games just to showcase himself to other teams. Perhaps he just can't stand the owner and unfortunately the team players and new coach will suffer until a team can be built in his wake. Of course he is going to hurt his trade value, he wants to be on a team with as many weapons as possible. He is not going to sign a new contract so the team getting him is not going to give up much, its part of his plan, it keeps them competitive too. If not he goes to a team of his choice as a non restricted free agent.

Whatever Silas is doing, it's not working. Take Harden out of the equation the team still look like headless chickens and are super turnover prone when they make passes.

When Hardens gone, Silas has to show he can actually coach, no more excuses

Dude his teams started getting clowned and he left Cleve twice. WTF are you talking about.

He team got clowned in the finals and then he left Miami.

He never put his his team in this situation in the 1st place? He did it twice in Cleve and he actually had more power than Harden and left those teams in much worse shape.

    You make zero sense.

James, you didn't finish the contract you signed so that's one thing you didn't do.

It's the Blames game all over again!
Seriously, there's not much you can do when nobody on the team can make a shot.

I have noticed the team looking more together when Harden is out.
