    Eh, we'll have violent McVeigh types for as long as our species exists in north america, but once they see a bunch of people carted to prison and having their privileges taken away, most of these folks will just spout their nonsense online. If you don't have a Trump out there nudging them to live our their violent fantasies, and if some degree or normalcy returns, I would guess we'll just go back to a whole lot of white suicide and the occasional mass shooting.

    People will leave the Trump cult in different waves and in different directions, I would predict, as per most failed movements.

    Sadly, I think what you describe is the best case scenario. More likely, to my mind, is that we're going to see a significant increase in terrorist attacks more akin to the Oklahoma City bombing, than the mass shootings we've seen up to now. Somewhere I saw this "Trump has birthed a thousand McVeighs." That sounds about right.

    I really have no idea why they can't even admit this simple fact, I really don't see what they gain from continuing to go there.

    Is his district that delusional there is no way he can get a statewide or national office from this.
