I guess the boyfriend should have had a doctor call it before he assumed. That's funny. What an idiot.

Edit: Oh...another article said they were separated due to Covid concerns and the hospital staff told him there was no hope she would live. So, I guess he understood it as she had died and he couldn't be with her at the end. I guess she is not out of the woods yet.

I have to admit, I watched it a million times as a kid and never once thought it was bad. Not so much when I came across it a few years ago. But still... she was something. And those ferrets...

I hope if the rumors are true that she's able to recover.

Welp...she did die last night and it is confirmed. She had a UTI that got out of control. Then, she got Sepsis and it impacted her other organs (kidneys, liver). And, it was all complicated by her having Hepatitis C when she was younger. Those UTIs can f*ck you up if they go unchecked without treatment when you are older. RIP

Kudos for Sherilyn Fenn. She was certainly a 10.

I dated a girl who had a blonde friend who looked -exactly- like her (except the hair color) right down to a beauty mark by her eye. She was always over hanging out with us. I set her up with my buddy and they dated for a while. I dumped the girl and didn't see the Sherilyn lookalike for years.

I saw her at a bar years later and she was married (not to my buddy). We talked for a bit and she said 'Why did you set me up with Eric? I was trying my hardest to steal you from Janelle'. I laughed it off, we chatted for a bit more, then she left with her girl friends.

It was one of those moments in life you look at the ceiling, reflect hard and go ohhhhhhhh... you dumbass.

Saw her in a flick tonight. I know it wasn't the case, but my mind seems to remember her being in just about every movie made in the '80s.

She was quite attractive in her younger days.

Back in the 80s, Adrienne called our house as my Mom made rag rugs on looms that sold pretty well as they were in magazines and she was written up in the Chronicle newspaper. Adrienne had an interest in them. My Mom acted like a total fan girl and probably scared her off. I still remember my Mom talking to her in a cringe-inducing way that likely would make celebs run away from all the ass kissing. It wasn’t too bad but started off bad for that all important first impression. Mom didn’t get the sale from what I recall. It was funny and memorable though. Moms first reaction on the phone was, “I’m talking to THE Adrienne Barbeau? It’s such a thrill and honor!” in the most kiss ass way possible. I’m not certain Mom ran her off with her ass kissing but it felt like it. I did not get to talk to her. I was a big fan of “The Fog” and “Swamp Thing”. I was actually surprised my Mom knew who she was.

Mom used to also attend lots of arts and crafts festivals to sell her rugs. One time, Brian Benben (Martin Tupper from “Dream On”) crossed her path. She basically ran him off, too, but not before snapping his photo. She didn’t know his name so she called him Martin. He and his wife, actress Madeleine Stowe, live in Texas and attended these festivals albeit she wasn't with him at the moment he came across my Mom's booth.

So, if this classic beauty hasn't been represented yet, then here she is:
