Now they collect overpaid point guards and 6’5-under.

    You thought Chuckwagon was undersized.

Yeah, enjoy the replays of the 1990s I guess. While you pine for a big, tough guy who can't shoot and hasn't been cut, unless he can shoot or has been cut but is good now and wants the 4 dollars left the Rockets can offer or trade for this guy with one of our undersized stretch 4s who lack toughness and physicality (looking at you PJ Tucker). Also, I suppose we will need that time machine unless you have a suggestion from a 2021 roster? Talk about far-fetched.

We definitely need more impacts per game.

.. Sometimes **** down need exaggerated interpretation... There's guys out there that fit that mode... Just gotta give em a definite role that fits what you want... It'll be much better than having a Clemons or Bobby Brown on the end of your bench.. As someone said, teams like Detroit and Sacramento has a few of them.... There's still a place for having " in the paint " bigs for short stretches.... I see you're one of them " Anthony Bennett will fit " folks ... Morey done made folks think that anyone that has hit a few 3s in their career, are stretch bigs that can be the missing piece in Houston.. Sho nuff! But I ain't feeling it!

It actually makes total sense. You want someone who wont hamper your offense or make life more difficult for your scorers. Getting someone that keeps defenders honest is not a bad thing. In terms of our offense, we are right now 16th in points per game, so not like our points per game average is anything to write home about.

    This.

Our starting PF is 6'5 and our backup is 6'4. It's just too small unless you have taller wings around then. The last time we had a good defense it was when we could throw Ariza, Luc, and Green on the wings all super long guys. You couldn't just lay the ball in on Ariza/Luc the way you can with Tucker/Nwaba

I think the rockets overrate individual defensive talent to some degree. Tate/Nwaba/Tucker are good individually on defense but the second one of them gets beat the others aren't big enough to protect the paint. I see other teams with less defensive talent that can better protect the paint because they are longer.

I agree somewhat... I just think scoring won't be a problem as the team is presently constructed... Adding rebounding and length for short stretches of a game shouldn't hinder James (however temporary) and Wall from doing what they do...

You call Silas too dumb because he doesn't give Caboclo more minutes? Have you seen him play?

If Boogie can somehow fix his shot, he'd still be good as a stretch big but it seems unlikely since he's been pretty bad offensively for years now since injury.

True, but he can block shots with his athleticism. I don't think we have the assets to get him.

Exaggerated interpretation? You’re the one saying you want to be like Detroit and Sacramento. The only player you’ve mentioned so far is from the 90s and it seems like the salary cap situation isn’t something you’ve investigated yet.

Sorry about Morey convincing me and most of professional basketball that 3 point shots are the most valuable shot 15 years ago.

SF is probably the weakest position right now.

IMO Cousins will improve over course of year. But yeah we want one more impact rotation player.

    Gordon/Wizards pick/Detroit pick for Collins.

I've been saying Kyle O'Quinn is the guy we should sign for some time. And I stick by that.

Also Shabazz Napier & Omari Spellman

If we can cut/trade Cabuclo & Clemons. I think we only need to cut Cabuclo to sign those 3. But I think a Clemons cut is necessary too.
