Pence should definitely attend after Trump threw him under the bus. Pence should be president right now anyway. He should have been president after the first impeachment....which we all know should have happened had it not been for Trump's "yes" men.
If Pence wants to maintain any ounce of dignity he should go to the Inauguration, unless he was scared for his safety of course which is a valid reason. He should still send congrats to Biden and Harris rather than align himself with Trump for the last time.
