Sadly the Rs are now trying to figure out how to suppress the Ds mail-in votes, all in the name of restoring faith in the voting process. Now that the Ds control the POTUS and both Houses, bi-partisan election reform should be a first 100 day priority.

The day after Trump won I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Even that week following the election it looked like things weren't going to be that bad. In his first visit to the WH he was very solemn. In the 60 Minutes interview the Sunday after the election he said a lot to reach across the aisle including that he didn't want to prosecute the Clintons. To quote the late Dennis Green, "He was who we thought he was!" And he quickly returned to form.

Rubio, Cruz, Hawley, Graham, Collins, Cotton, every GOP Senator not named Romney have been enablers for the shyte show. It's easy to single out Cruz and Hawley since they still went on with the challenge to the electors even after they had to hide for their lives and 5 people died but everyone of those Senators enabled Trump in one way or the other. They subsumed their own duty as Senators and a coequal branch to a corrupt Executive. Many of them knew it. Rubio said what Trump did was wrong but still didn't vote to remove. Susan Collins said Trump learned his lesson a year ago. They are complicit.

This make no ****ing sense whatsoever. Trump is telling the Georgia SoS that he is dropping his lawsuit against them, since they have agreed to an out of court settlement. I suppose that the out of court settlement merely recognizes Trump as God Emperor of the United States of Trump.
