I put you on ignore a long time ago and only read your stuff when I'm not logged in. I have to admit, I felt kinda bad because out of all the loonies here you seem like a nice enough guy, and I have no personal issues with you, but you troll constantly. For every half-sane post like the above, you make ten to twenty that, while maybe cute to you, make you sound like a straight up sociopath. Do you really want to be that guy?

So I've taken some time to let everything sink in. And really think about what I stand for. I really did think yesterday early in the morning that the protest was an act of bravery and a fight for freedom. It was none of that, it was plainly an act of radicalism for Trump. An ignorant act of stupidity that led to death and accomplished absolutely nothing except destroy a political party possibly for ever. Today I don't feel represented by either the republican party or Trump.

I'm still a conservative, I still believe in my rights to bear arms as well as freedom of speech which I cant honestly say there is not at the moment. To not blame the media for anything I think is also ignorant. I still hate communism and I don't think Biden is the answer to poverty, racism, and or any type of division. He won because he was not Trump. But I don't expect much from him, well maybe at least I wont have to hear about political agendas everyday and perhaps enjoy sports and movies without political influence or social justice correction.

I was wrong yesterday, Ill admit it. Hoping the country can survive this and move forward united. @Reeko @B-Bob @vlaurelio I don't remember everyone's tag from yesterday. But wanted to put this out there.

 

But trump can’t pardon a whole group of people without specifically naming them and if no one was charged yet how can he know who to pardon. It is not how pardons work.

Thanks, @Salvy. I actually agree with a lot of your post. I hope you and other conservatives find a home -- maybe sooner than later if the GOP can steer closer to Romney than Cruz -- because, to my liberal point of view at least, having earnest, sincere, reality-based conservatives in the conversation is absolutely critical to a healthy government.

Anyway, just want to recognize it takes something commendable, and very non-Trumpian, to change one's point of view, even on a BBS. Cheers.
