This is an outright lie. Multiple courts - separate cases in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan - allowed the cases to proceed and asked for evidence. Each time, the Trump team withdrew their claims or lawsuits entirely. You are simply clueless.

 

Well, the official excuse er story is that the Capitol police were "caught off guard" and "unprepared". But I'm having a hard time accepting that because I know for a fact that the FBI and DHS have been monitoring social media and dark web postings by white supremacist groups for years. And, these bozos were announcing their intentions a month ago. So the "story" that they were caught off guard is BS. When I look at the militarized response to the BLM protests in June and the security that was in place during the Amy Barrett hearings an interesting pattern emerges. The security preparations are different if Trump favors your cause. That's what we saw yesterday. I believe that he was hoping to create an environment where martial law could be imposed and the certification of Biden's victory could be twarted.

 

There was no lethal force but if there was I would have a problem with it just as I do now

 

If the FBI or Homeland Security doesn't arrest that person promptly, then they are not doing their jobs.

 

Invading my house gives me the right to self defense but law enforcement had to choose less than lethal methods when appropriate and in plain sight situations
