Im selfish because I recognize that black people have been treated incredibly unfairly in this country. So much so that they can't even take a knee without it being seen as a threat to all white people lol And when they try to fight it racists call it "political". Its a dog whistle. You have a funny definition of selfish and ignorant. It's almost as if you know you are those things but to win the argument you have to change the definition and call the other person what you are lol "how dare you care about people youre ignorant and selfish" lol

we played okay. with Wood we stood a better chance. we lacked length in getting the boards late in the game.

still having a tough time with the wall-harden combo. wall made great finishes and drives to the hoop -- but all it tells me is that he is russ 2.0. meanhile, harden's game today reminded me of kobe tantrum games wherein he was passive to get back at phil jackson or shaq.... wall is definitely a talent, but we can't be isoheavy like he's been. the way the pacers play, hungry, hustling and sharing the ball is the type of basketball i hope to see with our rockets.

last thought, its only a matter of time before boogie breaksout. i can feel it, eventually he'll be very important to us down the stretch. he keeps showing size and toughness that we needed during the beard-cp3 era. I think coach silas lets harden be himself, and then just implement his offensive sets when james is not on the floor. its the only compromise that i see right now that can result in wins for us.

He's going tohurt his career if its truly just him wanting to be traded. It's not a good look. He's gonna be seen as ungrateful.

I wondered that too but now I think he is going down to avoid putting too much pressure on his feet when he lands. He’s avoiding injury.

I think if someone can read his eye blinks we'll learn if he's being tortured

PJ is spot on about the defense but he is not calling out anyone specifically or any system specifically.

However it is obvious that he believes that there are players who are consistently messing up their responsibilities especially in critical situations.

And even a blind man can see switch everything defense has to bail out leads created due to poor drop coverage play.

Silas body language is very worrisome. He looked thoroughly defeated.

All I'll say so far is a couple of things, unrelated to Harden:

    1) PJ is getting slower and slower each year. Seems like he can't stay in front of anyone that isn't a scrub anymore. I get that it's hard to stay in front of Oladipo or brogdon at times, but it looked very easy for them to get by him, as well as some of their other role players.

    2) John Wall can FINISH. I couldn't believe how many acrobatic shots he made last night. I really didn't remember him being that adept at doing so, using english off the glass, creating angles for the reverse, adjusting mid-air with ease.
-Especially impressed how he threw his body into the shotblocker several times. Haven't seen strong takes like that from the pg position since the days of Francis ... Russ seemed to try to out hang-time guys instead, or to bump into them on the ground to take away their jump. But Wall was taking two foot gathers and throwing himself into their chest and converting. Was incredible.

    3) We sorely miss B-Mac or the Gerald Green types ... They may have been unplayable in the playoffs during MDA era, but they sure do help in the regular season at least.

    4) Obvious but, we sorely missed Christian Wood.

    5) Cousins looked rather disappointing out there. Looks like he's carrying far too much weight to get up and down the court, and the way defenses are playing now, his advantage on the block looks marginal at best. Definitely looked targeted on pick n rolls too as it was a struggle for him to keep in the vicinity without fouling on each guards' hesitation dribbles off screens.

Rockets made the run with Wall, Brown, Tate, Nawaba and Tucker .... got it within 2 and then Harden came in ( I watch every game )

And yet I'm always right about the Rockets' flaws. You tried though, homer.

John Wall forces too much. He's gotta pass. Sometimes, he's just too committed to getting his shot.
