Protesters don’t violently breach the Capitol building, corner law enforcement and cause the Senate and House to evacuate.

They are terrorists at a minimum and seditionists....

Call them Trump supporting terrorists.

I’m weary about using terms like “terrorist” when talking about political opponents, even if they are kind of crazy.

Do we know yet if they actually physically threatened anyone? There appears to be a lot of video footage out there, but nothing that strikes me as terroristic that I’ve seen so far. Just an unruly mob of angry people trying to disrupt a congressional session.

This news made me immediately think of when Netanyahu incited a right wing crowd who went on to assassinate Rabin. If US politics and people are mirroring Israel then they are at peak craziness.

That shows it all in a nutshell. It's what trump wanted. It's what he urged them to do. Those aren't confused citizens "caught up in the moment." Those are seditious terrorists attacking the Capital of the United States with violence at the behest of trump.

trump, a traitor to the United States, who was installed by the votes of his supporters to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” That's an oath every president takes when he or she takes office. Instead, trump called on his followers to do the opposite, along with his son and Rudy ****ing Giuliani, who called for, and I quote, "trial by combat" at the capital. trump was delighted.

 

People who've grown up with guns from birth and have been hunting since age 6 feel a little differently about the 2nd amendment than people who've grown up in the city. Dont shoot the messenger. I'm just telling you.

Agreed, you can also call them the counter balance to everything that's been going on this yr. But they are terrorists and should do time. There will be more to replace them if the two things I mentioned happened and the Dems overturn 150 yrs of precedent.
