I'm certainly not Harden defender, but even if he doesn't feel physical pain, he may feel insecure after rolling it again. I don't know, and to be honest i don't care, i actually want him gone. He is not a playoff performer, so for me, it doesn't matter. I'm ready to start rebuilding.
So in your mind, you think what people REALLY want is for Harden to be completely passive and play with the least effort possible....just like he has numerous times in the past when he quit on the team? Do you really think that, or are you just trying your best to spin things so that you can defend Harden being a POS?
Chris Paul isn't just character, but intelligence. Russ is an example of a high character but low intelligence guy.
Harden only put them in front late in the 4th quarter........Brogdon then hit that lucky three Calvin you goose
Man i love CP3, i still miss him to this day. I was kinda optimistic when we traded CP3 for Russ because i heard Harden wanted it so i was hoping that he thought it through and was ready to go to war, but it didn't work out.
I'm not sure Russ is an example of "high character", just effort. He's a supremely selfish player, possibly the most selfish player to ever play the game. Other than that I agree.
He’s got to go. No sense dragging it on, this team can’t evolve until the situation is resolved. Stoner needs to find an acceptable offer and rip off the bandage. It’s ultimately what’s best for everyone at this point.
They were good enough on paper to win the championship most seasons since 2016-2017....but part of that is Harden being Harden. When things get tough, he quits, he disappears.
Nobody in the West beat Golden St for 5 years. So is every star in the West Quitters or was there a legit Dynasty in his way. The Warriors were 16-7 vs Harden and 44-10 against the rest of the west. Bottom line is just like now the team wasn’t get enough and no one guy can get it done. Especially a one way dominant guy like Harden. Build a better team.
INB4 people remember he wants to be traded and that all the "if we win this game he might want to stay!" **** has been a joke.
I couldn’t watch this one, as the Celtics were on at the same time. What’s the consensus? Did he look disengaged/quit like Calvin said or Is it more injury ?
No team in the West was as good as the Rockets, which is why the expectations were rightfully higher. When you have a guy with the kind of talent Harden has, you expect certain things from him. When he tries, you get those things, when he quits you don't. When he quits, it always looks the same...you know, just like it did tonight....just like it did in the first half of the game before that.....just like it did in the first half of the game before that. Harden gets passive and puts out the least possible amount of effort when he quits. We've seen it for years.
