    Actually why not both? I see no reason why we can't do both remedies at once. Though, once you do one, Repubs in congress will probably block the other.

    I'd invite the republicans in congress to defend trump... that will help people make their decisions when their congressional seat is up for re-election...

    Yes. Do it now. Impeach and/or 25th. Fast track the process. This is a matter of national security. No...international security.

    Also...it's time for Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms need to collectively and permanently mass ban Donald Trump, his family, most of his administration, and his prominent supporters from their platforms. These "this claim is disputed" notices are not good enough. Jack Dorsey, Zuck and others need to grow a pair.

    This is a pretty wide ideological spectrum on the Democratic side. I don't see anybody who could or would block this in the House - it's their duty at this point.

    Of course, do that immediately. Then, after 1/20, bring charges. Even if he’s pardoned he still has a lot of state crimes to answer for.

    I'd imagine you'd have some republicans on board. An impeachment would mean Trump can't run again in 2024 and there's plenty of republicans that would be happy about that.

    impeach him so he can't run for office

    confiscate his social media

    get the national guard ready for his SS

    then bring federal and state charges after the 20th

    I am very concerned that in the face of inevitable accountability, Trump will try to flee to another country offering state knowledge as his ticket for shelter. I support either/both the 25th Amendment or impeachment, but the President needs to be located and detained immediately. Do not allow him access to transport out of the US.
