This right here is my worry. Once again, we're going to have to run through our Texans Labyrinth of mazes to pin point exactly who made the call on what successful or even unsuccessful draft picks. At least in Boston, you could put it all on one man... which ultimately that didn't matter because he had the best QB for his system in all of football to mask any shortcomings anyway. I hate this "we'll just have to wait and see" approach that we always have to take with new hires. It never works out the way Bob/Cal planned. Ugh.
I don’t know anything about any of these candidates but I think more than anything we all as Texans fans just want change and this is not it it could work out and he could be a good hire but again we need to get away from our version of the Pat way and the mediocrity with it
Which head coach hire could caserio make in yalls mind that would make yall completely agree that yes caserio is definitely the man in charge?
Why bother? Cal is going to keep him at least 7 years, 1 the honeymoon, 2nd to 6th to show how mediocre he is, going 9-7 a couple times and squeaking into the playoffs, for a final 2-14 season that will cause them to hire another patriot front office person. Rinse, repeat, typical Texans.
Caserio could very well be the man in charge and pick a good coach. But a cloud will loom over the front office until Easterby is shown the door.
