Can anyone explain why some people would vote for Warnock and not vote for Ossoff? Is it the black vote, or is Ossoff "too liberal". It's not like Loeffler is a great candidate.
The reason why the democrats won was the black vote. 70% of whites voted republican. 90% of blacks voted for Democrats. A lot of black people showed up to vote. I think it was pretty smart to pick a black candidate. Maybe two would have been safer.
There was the "big money" push 10 years ago to embrace the Tea Party right wingnuts. As is, "serious" Rs can win primaries.
I support most of these to an extent. She should throw in legalizing weed and pardoning non-violent weed offenders.
Folks, the Biden bucks are going to start flowing, and people are going to like it. Chuck, get your checkbook out.
Like i said above - you know what west virginians, just like everyone likes? Money, federal money. you buy manichin off. Debt doesn't matter.
There are still people who vote for the integrity of the candidate and not the party....the way it should be done. This is not a swipe at any particular candidate. This isnt my state so Im not dragging out my pom poms for either side. Loeffler seems a bit sketch. Perdue comes off as a POS. Trump does deserve credit for exposing many of these terrible politicians the Republican party have been harboring for decades. Georgia has been a breeding ground for the good ol boy system. Hopefully Stacey Abrams can turn GA more moderate. Dont make the mistake in believing GA is a blue state. Living in the state for 5 years, I felt it was backwards and hated living there. The politicians being sheered off the last couple years is long overdue. A more moderate proactive Republican will do much much better. (Can I say I am glad Doug Collins got the boot!)
LMAO the fact she's posting this after she just voted Pelosi for speaker without extracting anything from her regarding these issues is such a joke. Note to AOC: When you give up your leverage for free the only thing you can PUSH is a TURD out of your ASS.
Personally, I wish the democrats would focus on getting dreamers on a fast track to citizenship so we don't have to go through the DACA mess down the road again (if a republican were to win presidency in 2024). Would love comprehensive immigration reform, but I don't want to get clogged up on the details and rather focus on those contributing to our society to have full citizenship, we can worry about legislating the rest later.
I don't think Biden bucks are going to give you enough good will to make it to 2024, but I like your thinking.
Do you believe that anyone deserves the benefit of the doubt at this point? I don't. Show. Don't tell.
