I don’t hate it, per se, but it’s a terrible look. It pretty much confirms what we already know about the organization, and that the McNair family is ridiculously loyal to a fault. Easterby made this hire. It wouldn’t surprise me at this point if Bill O’Brien was named the new head coach.
Does Caserio have the power or does Easterby? How does he have all the intangibles Watson wanted more so than any other candidate?

His boss is Easterby. That’s who got him the job. Cowsh!t Cal ain’t bright enough to have Caserio report to him. Easterby will keep an eye on Caserio for him.
Just disappointing and about enough for me to call it a day with this franchise. The ineptitude is never ending. First, we were Denver SOUTH. Trying to look on the bright side of things- they werent successful without caserio either? Is Vrabel considered a Hoody disciple or a buttchin disciple? I just threw up in my mouth a little thinking about asschin having a disciple.
It’s Caserio regardless of what anyone says, including Cal. When you have the owner’s ear as Easterby does, title and organizational hierarchy doesn’t mean anything.
Damn...Posted this in the Easterby thread but only way this potentially ends is if DW4 tells Cal it’s me or him.
