I’m willing to unload Ego and 2 1sts for somebody, I’m just not sure who. I think Tucker’s form will round per usual and he wouldn’t be included unless it brought back an all star.
I’m not sure if Popovich will deal with us. He still might be smarting from how many good seasons we got out of Scola. Slim chance Pop trades during the season..... https://www.sportingnews.com/au/nba...-gregg-popovich-era/tirkcb6yjdn9183poak8ae36w Rare when it does happen.
M. Thybulle, for Mclemore and a 1st round pick http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=y7tvgkm7 Philly is wasting Thybulle.. If we can get him for cheap, we need to jump on it.. he's not even in there rotation. Wall Harden Thybulle Tucker Wood
I rarely think of trades. But i looked up the top 30 small forwards in the NBA. He makes the most sense and was coming here to post it. If you always had 2 of Wood Harden Derozan and Wall on the court seems like a good thing.
Aaron Gordon's hamstring injury could be a major concern. Hamstring injuries, like groin injuries, linger like crazy. The Magic can't rest him because they need him. Can we afford to give him that rest? Even with limited minutes he could easily reaggravate it and miss a ton of games. With a very pressing and immediate need to convince Harden we're a contender that's a high risk.
I'm new but thought i would take a crack at this.... To Nuggets: Caris LaVert Spencer Dinwiddie Taurean Prince PJ Tucker To Nets: James Harden To Kings: Jarrett Allen Gary Harris Lottery protected #1 from Nuggets To Rockets: Michael Porter Jr Buddy Hield Will Barton Cap Filler from Denver: Nnaji, Hampton, and Dozier Top 5 protected #1 from Kings Lottery protected #1 from Nuggets Unprotected #1 from Nets Nuggets give up Porter and a couple of picks but get a decent scorer for the bench in LaVert and improved defense with Prince and Tucker. Dinwiddie may have value next year. Denver's issues are on the defensive side and Porter's biggest weakness is defense. Prince and Tucker immediately upgrade their defense and Lavert solidifies their bench or starts with Murray. It's a decent haul for Porter and a couple of late firsts... a win now move... Nets get Harden for the package that Houston isn't interested in. They throw in Allen but save multiple future first rounders giving up just one. Kings are trying to unload Buddy Hield's contract. They shave off half the money with Harris while adding Jarrett Allen down low who would pair well with Fox. They also pick up a pick in the process which is the rumored asking price for Hield. Essentially they get Allen for keep half the salary Hield is making through Harris. Rockets get 2 young building blocks and multiple first round picks... projected lineup: PG John Wall SG Buddy Hield SF Danuel House PF Michael Porter Jr C Christian Wood Bench: DeMarcus Coustins, DeSean Tate, Eric Gordon, David Nwaba, Will Barton I think that roster is a contender with upside...
The Grant idea is really growing on me. He’s a great fit next to Wood and only 25. i think I’d rather keep Tucker than give him up for Rose. Gordon House Clemons Detroit 2021 1st Portland 2021 1st Washington 2023 1st for Grant That’s $22 million going out and $19 million coming in, so it opens another $3 million under the apron. That’s enough to sign Gerald Green and up to 2 other buyout candidates. Wall / Brown Harden / McLemore / Green Tucker / Nwaba Grant / Tate Wood / Cousins
