I mean everyone in America knows by now he wants out but on the court he has been amazing interms of leadership and being encouraging towards the team.

 

While it is still early, I will give you that.

But there is ZERO sign that Wall will work great with Harden.

- Wall is not a good 3 point shooter, never was in his career.
- At this point, he is the Westbrook without the legs of Westbrook on offense.
- On defense, he is even worse than Westbrook and that's not a good sign.
- His decision making is also highly questionable, other than the TOV, the late 4th quarter that after PJ got a rebound and handed him the ball, he just out of control and threw it up and then committing the foul in a loose ball situation is just horrible.

Time may tell, but at this point, there is nothing positive with him playing well together with Harden.

Now let's see who makes the better adjustments, Walton or Silas for Game 2.

Let bagley shoot. Play some defense at some point.

Obviously if he's shooting the ball in clutch minutes he's not putting the ball in Harden's hand.

There is a lot of positive thing going on. The rotation is going to fantastic with no let downs on the offense or defense. We have a lot to be thankful for.

 

Wall is 38% on catch shoot. People look at his career % and think that tells the story, it doesnt.

 

Once this team figures out their defensive rotations and assignments we're going to be having a lot of boring wins.

Not worried about the offense at all. They got sloppy with the passes for a bit but I'm just not concerned that it will be a season long problem.

 

I dont think there is a problem with Harden and Silas.

Also, people have to realize that a creator not being able to shoot isn't the end of the world.

Especially when there are 4 shooters on the floor. All he has to do is drive...which he can still do thankfully, and create a better shot, and he did that a few times.

 

Exactly plus Wall is not Westbrook. Westbrook is 0-5 Wall is 1-0 lol ALso Wall plays defense.

 

Harden is better then Luka period

 

Yeah, Wall is a better defender by...a lot. Not that Wall is a lockdown defensive player but Westbrook is a bad on ball defender and not that active in passing lanes like Wall is.

I think it's a better fit.

 

He said he wants to be on a contender. If this team improves like I know it will he will already be on one. I think we need to upgrade using House and a pick and see which veterans fall our way before the deadline. What I’m seeing is the start of something good. Call me optimistic.

Great win for Rockets tonight. The personnel still need time to mesh but this is a start.

Fingers crossed our culture and chemistry will go up from now, if we can win, Harden will stay which will be better for everyone.
