Its too much damn b****ing in here. Its a whole ass new team. Give them 10 games atleast damn.

 

Who cares? He isnt a rocket. But lets not compare rosters. Theres a reason wall wanted to gtfo out of washington. Its a horribly constructed roster. They have absolutely zero rim protection, no athleticism, wing defenders, or shooting. They will have to shorten the rotation to 7 guys just to have a chance.

 

Maybe the “weak link” is in your noggin?

 

Yeah, Kings are a good team so far and definitely more of a unit than we are. Just winning this game should be applauded because they could very well be a playoff team.

 

Guess they gonna let their offense clicking first n then ramp up their D.
Should note that they got few time to play together in past weeks.

Dude, I didnt want to trade Westbrook okay. I wanted to give it a chance in this new offense. But the fact is, his play isnt making the Wizards a better ball club. Wall looks like he can help our team.

 

tate would be in the g-league if MDA was still coach.

He hit one 3 I believe and a nice layup. Usual defensive crap from him. Leaving guys open etc.

 

Harden or no harden, I’m soooooo excited for this season. Wall, cousins, Wood has me more excited for a rockets season than I’ve been in my 28 years on earth

 

If Harden dominates the basketball and play his usual game, Wall would've struggled mightily spotting up in the corner. We should commend the beard for sharing the ball early and making his new teammate more comfortable.

You’d think it’s mid season if you listen to some of the slapdicks around here.

 

Defense needs to improve, but I don’t get the criticisms of what we’ve seen offensively. Movement and multiple people touching the ball is a good thing.

I think Harden will figure out how to have more success off ball. This is new to him.

But even still, I like that Harden is fresh and more people are engaged offensively.

I also don’t see Harden as being disengaged and not liking what’s going on either. I think he likes this team.

 

I don't think Wall wanted out of Washington. I think he was just eager to play meaningful basketball again.

And I think Washington is trending in the right direction, with all the weaknesses you listed. Rui and Bertans should shore some of that stuff up. And they drafted Avdija, which is a good pick.

They went backwards with Westbrook, but I think Washington will be a playoff team sooner than later.
