That just isn't true. A wide range of Americans, politicians and citizens alike felt the $600 was too little...

This is nonsense - it's called politics, not Trumpism. Voting dozens of times on Obamacare repeal or on flag burning amendments were done solely to divide Congress too. This is not new to Trump. The only thing unique here is that Dems and the GOP negotiated down to GOP numbers because Trump stayed silent. Dems always wanted more than $600. Now the leader of the GOP has agreed, and convinced a chunk of the GOP House to join him. The Senate would *also* pass this bill if it was brought up for a vote as it has bipartisan support there.

So McConnell apparently has more veto power than the President. Something needs to change.

Trump - “Hey we need to send Americans $2,000!”
Democrats - “Absolutely, we couldn’t agree more!”
    Republicans - “We’re down! Let’s do it!”

Mitch McConnell - “We will not be bullied into sending money to people!”

This dude has his head so far up his own ass it’s incredible.

Hopefully, this is enough to get rid of the two GA Republican senators. Why would anything change next year? They hate Democrats so how would new stimulus money get passed by b**** McConnell and company next year? It's nice that b**** doesn't feel the need to rush aid to those that need it because he's worried about fattening up rich peoples' wallets...as if Republicans never did that before for their own rich party members. But, if it works in favor of Democrats, then forget it.

And, the timing of when the two GA Republican senators claim to support $2k stimulus checks just so happening to fall on the same day as b**** McConnell's 3 step extra stimulus bill announcement that had no chance of ever passing is just way too coincidental. They didn't come forward in support of that earlier when the president first mentioned it. I don't believe they ever wanted additional stimulus direct payments. They said it because the timing was good for them knowing they wouldn't have to actually vote on it because of b****.

In reality trump only wanted the $2,000 as a bribe, blackmailing America to get what he wanted. Otherwise he doesn't care...

He doesn’t give a ****, he’s doing what republicans want that’s why they haven’t removed him. It’s like the commissioner of a sports league. The owners are really in charge but the commissioner does the dirty deeds and takes all the heat but if the owners didn’t want it they’d get get rid of him. None of those ********ers actually want this passed.

Lol you got your timeline wrong.
    Dems supported this first.

    I think
Trump supported the Dems on this only to piss of Mitch after Mitch declared Biden the winner.

There are more ways than one to attract businesses here. There is the Texas way of ultra low business tax burdens and not caring about producing quality people in Texas through quality education and healthcare and then there is the Massachusetts approach to attracting businesses by creating high tax revenue to invest in the people of Massachusetts where businesses are attracted to the region because the amount of high skilled labor in the region.

That boom in jobs is going to be mostly transplants and not home grown talent.

Wow. I hope that's how a large number of (deluded) trump supporters feel about the Georgia election. Make sure the two Democrats win as a "**** you" to a true *******, McConnell. As an aside, I noticed the large number of Leopards! Possible relations? ;-)
