Harden and Wood are a great combo. Didn't even need to see it materialized last game to know, just b/c their skillsets already fit so well. It's also probably the only thing that could keep Harden in Houston.
I just think that it's insane to pay Wall 45mil to be PJ Tucker. Wall already was planning to play off the ball more because Beal has become a better playmaker so Wall has been practicing spotting up but it should never be all give and no take. You are just going to flame out in the end with both Harden and Wall falling short, Harden will want to leave, everyone will say that he has no help, and Wall will say that he literally gave me no chance to help him. He wanted me to help him by being PJ and House when I could have really taken some pressure off of him. Harden can be Curry also if he tried. By that I mean just the gravitational pull of Harden could make Wall kill it with the rest of the squad which would help James even more. He would either get a wide open shot or Wall will dissect the defense that is scared to death to leave James. James is also a great passer but it helps a ton that he can score 50. It's not easy to be a great passer when you are just a solid scorer. Alot of James assist comes because the defense sucks in so much to stop him from scoring. Wall is a true natural PG who can still find guys without that suction and pull that a 50 point scorer brings. You will see it. I just don't understand the fear of something slightly different when you haven't won a title before and now even the east is becoming more dangerous. If it doesn't work, you can always fall back into all Harden but Wall and Cousins were legit all stars and Wood is capable but you guys want to shun that for the same Ole results. Wow. You really are a nimrod. Portland had their full roster, including all of their best players. Rockets had 8 players total. 5 of those players were new to the team and 2 were undrafted rookies. 3 of Rockets best players were unavailable. This is not Rocket science man.

Do you have a source other good coaches only have 6 sets as the basis for all their plays? You asked for a source and I gave you a source. Cant tell me I'm wrong without a source. The 100 atos plays which are based on 6 sets mean they run the same plays. Its the same **** just some things changed for example in variation 1 Cp3 is throwing the ball in variation 2 Capela is throwing the ball etc. Thats why its called based on 6 sets.

As good as his offensive arsenal is, he isn't a real rim protector and he isn't a consistent rebounder offensively yet. Two things this team would urgently need. You would have lost 1 or 2 deflections and steals per game with the Roco trade.

Wood was a great pickup even if it was at the expense of RoCo. Find a way to upgrade the SF and get the barbershop quartet back and in shape and this team is a contender.
