When Watson even gets in the same neighborhood as Mahomes we can have this discussion.

I don't know about Mahomes' neighborhood, but it looks like Tannehill ventured into Watson's neighborhood tonight (no running game, shaky protection) and he's getting his lunch money taken from him!

Even with Henry finally picking up somewhat in the running game it hasn't helped much.
It's not easy being the sole playmaker on a team I guess!

With his weapons and offensive scheme, Mahomes doesn’t have the pressure to learn the same way. If you notice, Mahomes completion percentage is down and he gets away things because of his arm.

Gotta have Elite weapons to get there my friend. The Texans don't know the difference between a VP of Football operations and a preacher. Or GM and a coach. Or an All Pro WR and a washed up RB. Alot of upstream education needs to take place.

WFV/Cooks/Cobb should've been enough to get to the top 5.

    WR’s- Chiefs
    TE-Chiefs
    OL-Chiefs
    Running Game- Chiefs
    Coaching- Chiefs
    Defense-Chiefs

Yet Watson has a higher completion percentage, YPA, and the same QB Rating despite playing harder defenses this year.

There’s a better argument to suggest that he’s just as good as Mahomes.

HMMM...Watson is #2 in yards,#3 in completion%, #1 in yards per attempt, #8 in TDs thrown, tied for 2nd in fewest INTs thrown.

2 of the 3 WRs u mention will have missed 5 games or more.

Your boy Tannehill can’t carry the Titans...as shown in the game against GB.

    ROFLMAO!!!!!!

    Tell me you’re not serious!

Fuller & Cobb haven’t played in ages (as expected) and Cooks isn’t a difference maker. Give it up. Cooks and Cobb were available for a reason. WASTED MONEY.

Don't forget the OL and RBs

...and the 5 TEs we use sometimes

There's about 8 1-2-3rd round picks invested in those positions.

    And they suck.

I'm obviously not going to change your mind.

    Yes he's got great stats.

So do other QB's and no Watson isn't a generational player like Mahomes is. He's very good but not close to Mahomes/Rodgers/Brady/Wilson's class. The Cltch gene matters.

What’s your argument that he isn’t on that level?

    Everybody has their opinions.

Bottom line is today didn't help the cause when it counted the most and I wasn't really surprised.

He's a good QB but just like today he screws up in the clutch quite often. The guys I listed that very rarely happens too.

Screws up? When? He has a 4th string Tackle get beat and almost got his arm taken off. How is that Watson’s fault?

Low snap by his center that he needed to be Carlos Correa to scoop up. How is that his fault?

Coutee fumbling trying to do much. How is that Watson fault?

I don’t remember a crunch time screw up all season.
