I feel like bienamy is another Bill O’Brien. Both were highly touted offensive coordinators. Obrien was a product of belichick and brady. How do we know if Bienamy will be good head coach? Anyone can look good when you have great head coach and qb. How much of his success is due to Andy Reid and Mahomes?

A lot of it is due to having a generational talent at QB, coupled with a track star or two at wide receiver and the best tight end in football. Hard to lose with that combo.
I don’t know how I would feel about Urban, he’s been successful without a doubt. But will he stay and how’s his health? And yes, Jacksonville is attractive. I believe their cap situation clears up next year and they have Trevor.
Urban still have a home in Florida so Jacksonville would actually make some sense for him. He said an in an interview that he would only return to coaching if it was the "perfect" situation for his health. Not sure what that exactly means but would have to think he'd want some, if not absolute, control over the roster. It'll be interesting to see if a NFL team is willing to offer him that.
What does this mean? He doesn't even have an interview or job anywhere yet, but he has staff targets?
I think Jim Caldwell will be a good hire. I think he's a good coach. If the Texans get a good, smart GM who can bring in good players, they'll be fine under Jim Caldwell.
The answer is clear: Adam Gase is the hottest thing going right now. We must snatch him when he gets canned after the season.
