Neither Korkmaz or Thybulle are starters, PJ is. Especially on championship contending team that values defending 1-5. PJ is supposed to be worth the same as RoCo, 2 FRP.
Send CC's salary and a future second round pick to the Siberian Hornets. Re-sign GG. @ApacheWarrior @D-rock
@ApacheWarrior I wish we can still grab Cheick Diallo if he is a UFA, by waiving Clemons without hitting the apron.
im ok not having the perfect team right now, but there is no doubt we need a talent upgrade at the forward spots. Seeing how Chicago has started, I think there’s a really good chance Otto Porter gets a buyout. Hopefully Wall has his hear on coming to Houston to rehab his value. We have GOT to get more reliable shooting on this team. I don’t know how, but it has to happen.
chicago resident here who has watched all of the bulls games this season (including preseason). Otto is trash. Bloated contract, heading into FA. he is lost defensively and a turnover machine on the offensive end. hard pass.
donkey for eric gordon+danuel house+chris clemons+det 1st rd pick? if gsw keeps playing like ****, then i'd figure they might look to shed salary considering they're 40M over the tax.. and paying off that new arena is kicking their asses. EG comes in 10M cheaper than donkey and EG's contract can potentially end one year before donkey as long as EG doesn't make an all star team lol. also, if harden decides to stay, and rockets actually commit to going all in... that means they need to build a roster that can take on the lakers. i absolutely hate donkey more than any player in the nba, but i have to admit he is really good at defense. donkey has consistently dominated AD in their matchups. donkey/pj/tate/nwaba/brown rotating on bron and AD would be an amazing luxury to have.
(1) it’s clear now - not that it wasn’t before but it’s 100% clear now - if you’re trading Harden you need MULTIPLE good assets back (2) if you’re not trading Harden and he at least gives it a shot, you need a forward upgrade. Or a SG upgrade. SG not being Harden as he can run point. either forward or SG they should be 3&D esque players. the 2 types of players that are perfect next to Harden are versatile PFs or wings, that in both case can shoot and play defense. Stone found one ... in one offseason after Moreys useless pairing of him next to centers that can’t shoot and other high usage dribble guards while letting more ideal fits walls for nothing (Eg Parsons, not that one could foresee his injuries).
Ariza still hasn't reported to Thunder... IF Stone can snag him pushing House to the deep bench this team would be stacked and balanced at each position.
I love your push for A Gordon but im scared if theres a better offer out there? Would ours be the best? And why is orlando looking to move him anyway? To groom the younger players?
