I'm not so sure he watched the game. The guy could simply be posting random nonsense. Hard to tell the difference.

    Be realistic Elmo.

It would be cheaper to bring back Bzdelik.

Love his offensive game. He really needs to look at the tape tomorrow. There were a lot of key plays he was involved in like the one where he was too deep near the basket instead of stepping up allowing Dame to slip in and score in OT. He also needs to be more decisive in shooting the 3 ball. Hesitated couple times leading to turnovers. I didn’t like the way he defended the pick and roll with nurkic. Why doesn’t he ever flash out to stop the ball handler then roll back with nurkic? AD does this all the time. Just few things to clean up. Hopeful Rox all get better. A very hungry group.

Defense needs a lot of work. Needs more discipline.

I also really enjoyed watching Ja’sean Tate. He’s a smart player who has a crazy high motor and good athleticism...his in and out 3 was unfortunate and may have swung the game in the Blazers’ favor.

Clearly he has won Coach’s trust as well.

Rockets could not get ONE stop to save their lives at the end of 4th and OT.

    This is on Silas.

This needs to be Rockets priority.

I like him better than House. House missed 2 crucial shots. One he was wide open for a layup with defender falling down.

Good to see the team be competitive tonight. Harden and Wood did all they could. James still not in NBA shape but was still dominant. Bad pass at the end, no need for him to fuss at PJ on that one (good tipped ball by one of the best help defenders - Roco)

With our full rotation we win that one. They had no match up for Boogie on their 2nd unit.

Drop coverage is something we will likely play a lot of. It is popular in the GLeague and international. We will be seeing more of it in the NBA. Weaver is a big believer in it.

Harden is really worth both Embiid and Simmons if we’re being real, and you’d still need to add high quality picks to that package

Ben Simmons takes a whole week to score 44 points

Roco clearly outplayed PJ, that's how I feel after having watched the whole game.

I don't know how we can ask more from House, the dude was a G-leaguer, he's earning ~4 mil a yr.

i wasn’t in love with their PnR defense that’s for sure. They weren’t hard doubling. They weren’t switching. It wasn’t clear what they were doing.

that said... the missing guys, the fact that McCollum was absolutely on fire.

I think there’s still a tendency among players to still say this guy can’t possibly hit another one. Even after all these years of seeing dudes go off over and over again.

you just have to run McCollum off the three point line at that point. If you have to play 100% on the side of him crazy looking defense you do that. Easy to say now... but obviously now we know a wide open layup would have been better to give up.

How did he outplay him? You can feel that way but its not true. Team defense is exactly that, the team. And PJ is working with young players.

We can ask him to stay on his man and hit a 3.
